The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this application and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of India.

2. Content Disclaimer

Tazza Khabar is not responsible for the authenticity or legality of the content uploaded by publishers.

All content is uploaded directly by RNI-verified news publishers, who take full responsibility for their material.

If you find any objectionable or fake content, please report it immediately. We will take swift action after verification.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

4. Publisher Terms

By submitting news content to Tazza Khabar, you agree that:

1. You are an RNI-registered publisher and have the rights to publish this content.
2. You take full responsibility for all content uploaded by you.
3. You grant Tazza Khabar a non-exclusive license to display your uploaded content.
4. You will not upload plagiarized, fake, or misleading content.
5. Any legal claims arising from your content are your responsibility.

You may be asked to provide a valid RNI number during onboarding.

5. User Submitted News

Users can submit news tips and content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and edit your content. You also warrant that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. We are not obligated to use or publish any user-submitted content.

6. License

Unless otherwise stated, Tazza Khabar and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Tazza Khabar. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Tazza Khabar for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from Tazza Khabar
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Tazza Khabar
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Tazza Khabar
• Redistribute content from Tazza Khabar

Copyright Policy

1. All content uploaded by publishers remains their own intellectual property.
2. If any copyrighted content is uploaded without permission, Tazza Khabar will act on takedown requests.
3. To file a copyright complaint, send an email to support@tazzakhabar.com with proof of ownership.

In no event shall Tazza Khabar, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this application whether such liability is under contract. Tazza Khabar, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this application.

8. Changes to Terms
